The siccagno tomato takes its name from the cultivation method adopted, which does not involve the use of water for irrigation. This technique, handed down from generation to generation, can be used only on particular soils and in climatic zones in which atmospheric humidity, remaining at good levels from planting to harvesting of the product, ensures the natural transpiration of the soil. From the organically cultivated plant come small fruits but with a high concentration of vitamins and antioxidants that give rise to our ready-made sauce.
