Cooking tips: Green olive pate rolls

Ingredients: 4 slices of veal 1 eggplant green olive pâté almonds natural sea salt pepper white wine extra virgin olive oil Cut the eggplant into very thin strips, spread the slices of meat and with the green olive pâté. Place meat slices, eggplant strips, chopped almonds, salt and close the rolls. Place the roulades in a frying pan after heating the extra virgin olive oil. Brown the roulades on both sides, deglaze with white wine, and cook well. Bring to the table sprinkling with pepper and chopped almonds.
