Mortadella con Finocchietto Selvatico is a very special product with its aromatic taste. Pork, pepper, pistachio, Sicilian wild fennel seeds and garlic are the main ingredients. The porosity of the meat that characterizes the product is indicative of entirely artisanal processing. Created in the heart of the Belice Valley , it has lardelli that are irregular to the eye because they are cut by hand and, when tasted, give a unique sensation. The lardelli are made from black pork from the Nebrodi Park, which give the Mortadella a special meltiness when tasted.
