Nebrodi black pork, pepper, Sicilian pistachio and passion are the main ingredients. The porosity of the meat that characterizes the product is indicative of entirely artisanal processing. Created by producer Morselli, it features lardelli that are irregular to the eye because they are cut by hand and, upon tasting, give a unique sensation. The lardelli are made from black pork from the Nebrodi Park, which give the Mortadella a special meltiness when tasted.
