The Catarratto is a vine with intense aromas. Zibibbo is an aromatic grape among the best drying grapes, partly because of its resistance to rot. From the blend of their grapes comes Allè, a wine with a bright straw yellow color, the nose has notes of orange blossom, peach and jasmine, the taste is intensely aromatic with a lively freshness. Ideal with all types of fish, it finds its best pairing with crudités of shellfish. LOCATION: 91025 Marsala TP.
