Etna Rosso is a wine that comes from Nerello Mascalese, an indigenous black grape variety, prince of the Etna area. The late-ripening plant yields wines of absolute finesse. Great reds for aging, in which olfactory sensations of red fruit, herbs, tobacco and spices predominate. Etna Rosso is a wine of brilliant ruby red color and hints of red underbrush fruit. On the palate it is harmonious and balanced with delicate tannins and lively freshness. It is striking for its acidity and distinct minerality typical of the volcanic terroir. Perfect paired with all types of meat, cured meats and cheeses.
